If you can buy smile inflatable balls where you live... You´re lucky! You already have a Great Decoration for a Ninja Themed Party!
You just need paper or plastic with the characteristc colours of ninjas. tape. scissors, transparent thread... and let´s work!
If you don´t get the balls, don´t lose hope. You can make this decoration using yellow balloons. You´ll need permanent marker to draw the eyes.
